Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-2 days for processing your order. Expect an email within [timeframe] to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - We do not offer in-store pickup, curbside pickup, or will-call. All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

LOCAL DELIVERY: We do not offer local delivery, courier drop-offs, meet-ups, or hand-delivery in any area. All orders are shipped through our carrier partners to the address provided at checkout. Please select a shipping option at checkout; local delivery is unavailable.

  • No in-person meet-ups or hand-offs



FLAT RATE SHIPPING:  Delivery Window: 5–15 business days, depending on the destination. Processing Time: 1-2 days before shipment.
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Notes: Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and  displayed at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  Availability: We currently offer international shipping to Mexico only. Additional countries will be enabled in the future.
Orders to other countries: At this time, we are not accepting international orders outside Mexico.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once  a shipment reaches your destination country. RACS GANG is not responsible for these  charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.  

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original  condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at info@la-gang.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
